 I'd like to introduce myself to you in hopes that my qualifications will help you to ask for me when you do come to visit or you can ask for me when you call. After spending 10 years as a teacher, I've now spent more than 20 years in the new home building industry as a sales associate and manager. I was honored in 1999 as the Homebuilders Association Salesperson of the Year for Bucks and Montgomery counties. I derive the same satisfaction from selling new homes as I received as a teacher, the education and support of seeing goals achieved. We offer the finest selection of home designs, a superior location and dedication to listening to you the potential homebuyer so we can better serve you. Sharing this community with you is my pleasure. Hello, I am Julia Mignatti and am excited to be a sales associate at Breyer Court, Mignatti Companies’ latest new luxury town home community in Elkins Park. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for the past 10 years. While I began selling homes right out of college, I spent several years establishing a career in sports marketing in Baltimore Maryland.
Two years ago, anxious to return to my roots, I returned to the Philadelphia area and joined the sales staff at Mignatti Companies. Having grown up in the home building business, it has been a tremendous thrill for me to learn the new home building business by being on the "front lines" as a member of the award winning Mignatti sales team. This past year, I have had great experience working with the homebuyers at our nationally acclaimed community, Heritage Creek, in Warwick Township. Now, with a brand new sales challenge ahead, I am looking forward to working with you as you consider a town home purchase at Breyer Court.
