Hello my name is Marie Higgins. I am a licensed real estate agent in both PA and NJ and I am an Accredited Home Staging Professional (ASP).  That means that not only can I help you guide you through your home purchase at Golf Club Estates, I can also help you in the sale of your current home by giving you professional tips on how to "stage" your house so that it will be more appealing to a greater number of buyers.

Hello, I’m Julia Caputo.  I received my PA Real Estate Salesperson License in 2005 and jumped into the world of resales and new construction. I have experience with both residential and commercial properties, first time homebuyers, investors and proprietors expanding their businesses.   I have had the pleasure of working with clients who are both buying and eventually selling their properties, and have thrived in those customer service oriented relationships.  In addition to my sales background, my administrative and marketing skills have led me to Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek.  I look forward to helping all of our customers with their specific needs and guiding them into the home of their dreams here at Golf Club Estates.
