I'd like to introduce myself to you in hopes that my qualifications will help you to ask for me when you do come to visit or you can ask for me when you call. After spending 10 years as a teacher, I've now spent more than 20 years in the new home building industry as a sales associate and manager. I was honored in 1999 as the Homebuilders Association Salesperson of the Year for Bucks and Montgomery counties. I derive the same satisfaction from selling new homes as I received as a teacher, the education and support of seeing goals achieved.

Sharing this community with you is my pleasure. Hello! My name is Jeanne Trauner, and it is my pleasure to be the design consultant here at Heritage Creek. In that capacity, I will guide you through the exciting process of selecting the custom features that will make your new house a beautiful new home.

I have worked in the field or interior design since 1985. For a number of years, I enjoyed working with clients as the owner of a residential design business. I am happy to say that clients frequently became my friends. I am also proud that they were pleased enough with my skill and professionalism to refer me regularly to others.

After a time, I decided to change direction a bit. I worked as a staff designer for a wall covering company, had a foray into retail management in a store which offers decorator fabrics and services, and was a consultant for an architectural firm. I enjoyed each of those positions, but I've found that my real love is working directly with people to help them create their own lovely, comfortable spaces. I am delighted to be back in that arena working with homebuyers at Heritage Creek!
When you and I meet, we will virtually build your new home. We'll meet between 9:30 and 10:00 in the morning, and we'll spend a good portion of the day together. First, we'll decide on exterior colors, plan your lighting layout and determine your heating and cooling needs. Then we'll design your kitchen and choose your appliances. We'll decide on bathroom fixtures, and choose coverings for all your floors. We'll have fun, and you'll be amazed at what we'll accomplish!

Soon after you sign the contract to purchase your portion of the Heritage Creek community, I'll give you a call to confirm a date for our session. At that time, we can discuss in more detail the events of that session, and I'll answer any questions you may have. I promise you a pleasant, stress-free day, and I look forward to helping you design your best ever new home!
