Doris Titus has been with Mignatti for over 9 years. She came to us as a newly licensed realtor. Her background was in accounting and management. Doris chose to make a career change to satisfy her desire to assist people in making one of the most important decisions in life - to purchase a new home. Since she lived most of her life in Hudson County prior to moving to Ocean County 15 years ago, she can definitely identify with the emotions of purchasing a new home and of relocating to a new area. Doris does not only sell homes at Heritage Point - she also lives in one! The first Mignatti adult community that Doris set up for us was Heritage Green at Leisure Knoll in Manchester. She never knew how wonderful "adult" living could be. Her enthusiasm is definitely contagious. After Heritage Green was completed, Doris assisted in the last phase of our Heritage Bay community in Barnegat. Then she moved on to our Drum Point Village town home community in Brick, which was completely sold out in less than a year. We are proud to have Doris on our team. Adele Anderson has spent 16 years working in New Jersey real estate, joining the expert sales team at Heritage Point in the spring of 2003. She has worked for several builders featuring 55+ communities, and made the transition to sales about seven years ago. In a short time, Adele has contributed to the fast sales pace of the Heritage Point community. One of her best qualities is her attention to detail in the optioning process and pre-pricing of the home being considered. Adele does not want her buyers to be surprised when selecting their custom features at the first selection appointment. She is always ready to help her buyers select the floor plan that best fits their needs, and to go through the important options process. This allows her buyers to gain a full understanding of the entire home buying process.
Mary Walter, A.S.P. - Design Consultant mary@mignatti.com One of the most critical decisions for any new homebuyer is the interior selections of their home. The numerous choices of floor coverings, paint colors and countertops can be overwhelming and even a bit stressful. Design Consultant Mary Walter at Heritage Point strives to create a stress-free environment for her active adult clients.
"It is an exciting time for them, but it can be coupled with a lot of anxiety and concern about whether their choices will be the right ones," says Mary. "I try to keep the environment as relaxed as possible." Mary has been the design consultant at Heritage Point for the last 6 years.
Mary is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), which means that she can help people who need to sell their houses. She can help sellers prepare their existing house for sale and will give tips on how to make the house look more attractive to a greater number of buyers. Mary is available for personal consultations and will be happy to discuss home staging with you.
