Marguerite started her real estate career in 1987 and has worked for a number of new home builders throughout the State of New Jersey. In addition to new home sales, her experience includes coordinating special events and model home grand openings. She also worked as a Design Coordinator, helping buyers through the process of selecting the interior colors and features of their new homes. For several years, she managed multiple communities and acted as a liaison between the builder and the buyer, assisting buyers through every step of the home buying process.
Marguerite is a mother of three. She enjoys spending time with her family and is excited to become a new grandmother. She enjoys going to the beach, walking, bike riding and playing bongo.
Marguerite has a passion for working directly with home buyers. She loves meeting people and helping them through their new home purchase. Marguerite looks forward to meeting with you and learning how she can assist you in your home buying decision.

Henrietta Gable began her real estate career in 1986. She worked in the residential resale market for a number of years before moving into new home sales. Henrietta has particular expertise in Active Adult Communities and is excited to share her enthusiasm about Heritage Point with you.
Henrietta enjoys being close to her two children and her granddaughter. She loves reading, gardening and playing with her two dogs.
Henrietta chose to join the Mignatti Companies at Heritage Point in order to share her passion about a respected new home builder in Ocean County’s favorite active adult resort community. Melissa DaSilva began her real estate career with Mignatti Companies in 1997 where she was part of the Sales Team at Heritage Bay. After closing out the Heritage Bay community, Melissa worked for three years as a Design Consultant for another homebuilder where she helped buyers select the features in their new homes. She then moved into a Corporate position as the options Purchasing Agent.
Melissa happily returned to Mignatti Companies in 2006 with extensive experience with active adult home buyers and the home building process. She fills a number of crucial roles on the Heritage Point Sales Team. As the Design Coordinator, Melissa will guide you through the process of selecting the interior features that will personalize your new Heritage Point home. She is also the Conveyancing Coordinator, and will guide you through the settlement process. It’s fair to say that if you have a question about purchasing a home at Heritage Point, Melissa is a great person to ask!
