Mignatti Lifestyle Communities are a continuation of the Mignatti family's success story, one which spans four generations of innovation and accomplishment. In the early years of the 1900's, a young man named August Mignatti launched a company to provide home building, road construction and masonry contracting in the Philadelphia area.

In the decades since, three more generations of the Mignatti family have devoted their energy and old world work ethic to residential and commercial construction, continuing a tradition of proud craftsmanship.
