WARWICK, Pa., Apr. 10, 2010 – Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek, a luxury estate home community in Central Bucks County, was selected by Vault Filmworks as a location for the March 31 filming of a TV spot for the production company on behalf of PBS KIDS Sprout. The commercial, filmed in the kitchen of Golf Club Estate’s Congressional model, is slated to air mid-May.

 

“We were looking for a kitchen environment that was spacious, well-designed and family friendly,” explained Jason Ramsey, founding partner of Vault Filmworks, the production company that selected Golf Club Estates for the filming. “It’s rare to find a location that offers, not only enough space, but interesting architectural details and high ceilings. It was a perfect backdrop for filming.”

 

The day-long shoot involved three actors and a film crew of approximately 15 housed in the Congressional model. The home’s exterior, which backs to the 11^th green of the Heritage Creek Golf Club, offered few clues to the hurly burly filming environment inside. Crew members found the home offered plenty of space, particularly in the expansive great room with cathedral ceilings and ceiling-to-floor stone fireplace, and in the beautiful granite-counter-topped kitchen, where the actual filming took place. At more than 4,000 square feet, the Congressional model at Golf Club Estates proved to be more than capable of comfortably accommodating the actors, film crew, dozens of pieces of film equipment and Mignatti personnel.
