Waterfront Revitalization

 

The 44.45 acre site is a long overlooked tract of land that was formerly used for industrial purposes. The revitalization of Waterside from a blighted brownfields site to a one-of-a kind mixed-use Traditional Neighborhood along the Delaware River is almost complete.

 

Working with the former site owners, federal, state and local leaders, regulatory agencies, public funding sources, and community groups, Mignatti Companies and industry peers view the successful redevelopment of Waterside as the keystone for the revitalization of the Lower Bucks riverfront.

 

The following milestones have been achieved in the Waterside revitalization effort:   Land Development Approvals for 605 new homes, 50,000 sq. ft of office/retail space and 10+ acres of park and open space.   Completion of Site Demolition and Remediation pursuant to a US EPA/PA DEP approved clean-up plan   EPA Region 3 Environmental Achievement Award which honors Mignatti Companies’: Significant sustained, measurable and replicable environmental results in reducing pollution and protecting public health and the environment. Innovative ideas, approaches, techniques and technologies. Demonstrated leadership and outreach to others.
